In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, or there is an issue in size you should email us at jaipurpaisley2018@gmail.com the details along with a picture within 48 hours of receiving your order.

- Exchange not accepted due to color Difference. 10 %-12% Colour difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.
- Exchange are not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the product order. As we use best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you to please read all the details before placing the order.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exchange (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, the exchange product will be arranged to be delivered to you as soon as possible.
Custom Tailored Items / Altered Items
We will not accept return or exchange for custom sized items or items that have been altered in any way.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
