Shipping Info

We religiously aim to deliver the products within 15-20 working days, however since all the products are made-to-order hence in few cases there might be some delays due to operational challenges. Furthermore, We diligently ship orders throughout the week including weekends and public holidays.
Please note- During festivals, adverse weather conditions or political crisis, your shipment may get further delayed due to dependency on courier companies. We ensure you that we will try our best to have product delivered to you in the best time and we truly appreciate your patience.
Exchange are not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the product order. As we use best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you to please read all the details before placing the order.
Delivery is trackable and 100% insured.
Customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door.
If no one is at home/office to receive it, a redelivery will be attempted up to 2 more times. You will be contacted by the courier company for a suitable time for redelivery mailing hours.
